Home2bit Terms & Conditions
1. Our services and your service order
HOME2BIT IT SOLUTIONS INC. (“Home2bit”, “we”, “us”) provides website development, platform setup and managed services. These terms describe the relationship between Home2bit and the customer identified in an agreed quotation or service order (“you”). A person acting for a business must be authorized to give instructions and approve work for that business.
Your service order identifies the selected product, modules, deliverables, charges, management plan and project-specific arrangements. A configurator estimate or submitted inquiry is a starting point for review, not an accepted service order. A Draft, Setup Request, confirmation of receipt or request marked “ACCEPTED” does not, by itself, form a paid service order, activate a Business, publish a website or domain, charge a payment method or authorize recurring billing. The actual service order and final quotation require separate agreement. This intake flow does not process payments.
The scope is limited to what is agreed for your project. Demonstrations illustrate possible functionality; they do not activate every displayed module or make sample businesses actual Home2bit customers. Changes to an existing order must be expressly agreed rather than inferred from a later website price or demonstration.
These terms also cover use of the public Home2bit website, Configurator, account and demonstrations before a service order is agreed. The provisions concerning purchased services apply when those services are separately agreed; using these interfaces or requesting a quotation does not itself accept a paid service order. Demonstration businesses and records are fictional. Do not enter real personal or confidential information into demonstration interfaces.
2. Products and pricing
Prices below are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
If needed, scroll horizontally to read the table.
| Product or plan | Charge | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Website Essential | PHP 10,000 setup; PHP 1,200 monthly | Initial informational website build, two initial revision rounds and basic content administration, without optional business-operation modules |
| Modular Business Website | PHP 20,000 base setup | An expandable website; additional business modules are selected and priced separately |
| Business Managed | PHP 5,000 monthly | General functional support and up to three minor presentation changes per monthly billing period |
| Managed Plus | PHP 12,000 monthly | The same general functional support and three-change allowance, with priority response and attention compared with Business Managed |
Booking, Commerce and Inventory are not automatically included in the PHP 20,000 Modular Business Website base. Selected modules and their required dependencies affect the quoted setup amount. Existing Service Business, Retail, Distribution, Private Business System and Custom configurations remain subject to their applicable configuration and quotation.
Website Essential uses the PHP 1,200 management plan and does not permit optional business modules. Business configurations cannot use that plan. An Essential-to-Business Platform upgrade has an additional PHP 10,000 base upgrade charge; selected modules are extra and monthly management changes to the applicable Business plan. Any upgrade requires an agreed scope, timing and payment arrangement before it takes effect.
3. Payment and management commencement
Setup and the first three months of management are prepaid. For Website Essential, this is PHP 10,000 setup plus PHP 3,600 management, an initial payment of PHP 13,600. For a Modular Business Website with Business Managed and no additional items, the corresponding amounts are PHP 20,000 plus PHP 15,000, totaling PHP 35,000. Your quotation separately identifies any additional modules or approved costs.
The Managed Service period begins at actual Go-live: the customer-approved service is deployed, available for its agreed use and its commencement is communicated to you. Publishing a temporary demo does not begin that period. Time spent awaiting initial setup, required materials or pre-Go-live approval does not consume management that has not started.
Subsequent due dates and billing arrangements are stated in your service order or invoice. Accepting website terms, submitting a request or paying an initial invoice does not authorize automatic recurring debits. Any future recurring-payment authorization must be obtained separately.
4. Information and cooperation needed from you
Please provide accurate project instructions, content and a contact authorized to make decisions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for material you supply and for checking business descriptions, product information and legal notices before publication.
Provide only information needed for the project. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through a general inquiry. If a project requires access to an external account, we will agree an appropriate access method separately. Domain availability, registration and external service charges require separate review; a preferred domain is not a reservation or availability guarantee.
Project timing depends on the agreed work and timely materials, feedback and approvals. We will discuss the effect of changed instructions or delayed dependencies rather than treating the original scope as unlimited.
For your account, provide accurate information and use contact details you are entitled to use. Keep your password private and report suspected account misuse through the official contact in section 14. Submit information for another person or organization only with appropriate authority. Do not attempt to access another customer’s account, data or workspace, defeat access controls or disrupt the service.
5. Demo review and publication
We will ask you to review a demo against the agreed scope before final publication. Please identify corrections and confirm approval through a communication that can be retained. The approval record should identify the demo or deliverable reviewed, its relevant version, the approver and the approval date.
Website Essential includes two initial revision rounds before final website approval. These rounds concern the initial website described in section 7 and are separate from support after Go-live; they are not a monthly change allowance.
An approval to publish is separate from approval of additional work or recurring payment. Approval of a demo does not remove rights relating to defects or functionality that was agreed but not delivered. Requests that change the approved scope are assessed as changes, with any additional charge agreed before that work proceeds.
6. On Hold and resumption
If essential materials, instructions or approval are missing, we may place the project On Hold and explain what is needed to resume. A project awaiting its first Go-live does not consume an unstarted management period merely because it is On Hold.
When you are ready to resume, contact us so that we can confirm the remaining work, current dependencies and a revised schedule. Any proposed additional work or cost requires agreement. On Hold is not, by itself, cancellation, forfeiture of all payments or consent to delete your data. Cancellation and the handling of payments are addressed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Support and changes
For Website Essential, Home2bit initially builds an informational website using the photographs and business information you supply. Two initial revision rounds are included before final website approval. After Go-live, you update your own content using the available Admin tools. Usage guidance and correction of defects in agreed functionality are included. Essential does not include a recurring three-minor-change allowance. New features, modules and major redesigns are separately priced or require a plan upgrade; Essential cannot activate optional business modules without the appropriate upgrade.
Business Managed includes general functional support and up to three minor presentation changes per monthly billing period. Managed Plus includes the same support and three-change allowance, with priority response and attention compared with standard Business Managed. Priority does not constitute a fixed response-time SLA.
Minor changes are small presentation adjustments within existing modules, without changing business logic or established workflows. Examples include making an existing price more prominent, shortening the information shown on a screen, rearranging existing labels or display order, and removing unnecessary presentation details without affecting permissions or data integrity. We will confirm the scope and treatment of a request before proceeding.
Where you can already complete a task using the available Admin tools, we provide guidance instead of performing routine data entry. Ordinary usage guidance and fixes to defects in agreed functionality do not consume the three-change allowance. This distinction does not promise unlimited support or make new functionality a bug fix.
New modules, custom features, integrations, workflow-logic changes and separate development require quotation and agreement before chargeable work begins. The service order records the applicable request-counting and billing-period arrangements. No fixed response-time guarantee is created by a plan name.
8. Additional development and third-party services
New features, substantial design changes, complex integrations and work outside the agreed scope require review and, where applicable, a separate quotation. Paid domain, infrastructure, security or other third-party services must be identified and approved before they are charged to you.
Third-party services remain subject to their own applicable terms and licences. Their involvement does not remove responsibilities that Home2bit has under its own agreement or applicable law. This agreement does not authorize an unannounced resource-based plan upgrade or retrospective charge.
9. Payment default and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid for 15 calendar days after its due date, Home2bit may suspend the affected service after appropriate notice. The notice should identify the amount and invoice, the proposed suspension and how to raise a payment concern. Tell us promptly if you dispute a charge or believe a payment has not been credited.
Suspension, termination and deletion are separate events. Suspension does not automatically terminate the contract, determine a refund or authorize immediate deletion. Following resolution of the payment issue, we will confirm the practical steps and timing for resumption. Any additional charge must have a valid contractual basis and be explained.
10. Cancellation, termination and service conclusion
You may request cancellation by contacting us with the project or order reference. We will confirm the request, affected services and effective termination date. Following customer confirmation or payment, cancellation before any setup or development work starts receives a 100% refund of the payment. After work starts but before Go-live, we refund the unused setup-payment balance after deducting the reasonably evidenced value of completed setup/development and customer-approved nonrecoverable third-party costs, and refund 100% of prepaid Managed Service fees. After Go-live, we refund unused prepaid management after deducting the management period actually provided. Completed setup/development charges remain separate. The Cancellation & Refund Policy explains these stages and preserves mandatory remedies.
If Home2bit proposes to end a service, we will communicate the reason and applicable arrangements, including any opportunity to resolve the issue required by the agreement or law. A website inquiry status does not replace notice of termination of an active service.
At service conclusion, we will address access, outstanding work, financial reconciliation and return of customer data. Customer operational data is retained for a 90-day recovery/export window beginning on effective service termination, not temporary suspension or On Hold. You may request export throughout that window. Standard export support applies during the initial 30 days; requests concerning retained data remain available during days 31–90. Please identify the required data and an authorized recipient. The format and scope must match the data held and the agreed service.
If an authorized export request arrives within the window, we retain the data necessary to fulfil it until the request is fulfilled, including a request received on day 89. Expiry of the ordinary window does not cancel that pending request. Restoration or reactivation within 90 days is possible where the required data is available and restoration is technically feasible; it requires assessment and is not an automatic or guaranteed recovery service.
After the window, deletion is subject to pending export requests, legal obligations and other valid preservation exceptions. This operational-data window is distinct from retention of financial, audit, consent and other personal-data records for their applicable lawful purposes. The Privacy Policy and relevant processing arrangements govern those records. An unpaid balance does not extinguish statutory personal-data rights.
An export is not necessarily a complete copy of the platform or a backup capable of restoring the original environment. These arrangements do not promise fully automatic backups, restoration or deletion, or indefinite retention of data without a valid purpose.
11. Content, data and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content and business data you supply or lawfully create through the service. You authorize Home2bit to use that material to perform the agreed work and operate the service, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Home2bit retains ownership of its platform source code, templates, reusable modules and other pre-existing or reusable components. Standard setup and management charges are not a purchase of that source code. Any separately agreed transfer of intellectual property must be expressly recorded. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
12. Customer sales and payment providers
Where your agreed system supports your own sales, you remain the merchant of record and are responsible for your goods or services and your customer-facing policies. Home2bit does not hold, custody or re-settle your merchant sales proceeds. Home2bit’s own setup and management charges are separate from those proceeds.
Payment-provider integration and any transaction fees require separate agreed terms. These website terms do not establish a transaction-fee schedule, activate a payment gateway or authorize a charge to a customer's payment method.
13. Responsibility and lawful limits
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Any limitation of liability expressly agreed in a service order applies only to the extent legally permitted. It cannot exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded, including liability for fraud where exclusion is prohibited.
A liability limit is not an automatic compensation amount. A claim for damages and a reconciliation of unused prepaid fees are distinct issues and must be assessed on their proper basis. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or remedies for defective or undelivered services.

Setup Request confirmation requires separate Terms acceptance and Privacy Policy acknowledgment. Marketing is a separate optional choice, unchecked by default. The current Contact Form records Privacy Policy acknowledgment only, not Terms acceptance or marketing consent. These choices do not constitute acceptance of an individual service order or authorize payment. The Privacy Policy explains the associated records.
The permanent version link identifies the terms presented with your request. Archived versions and earlier acceptance records are preserved; a later revision does not silently rewrite the version or choice recorded for an earlier request.
